By using the Services you agree to comply with the current Terms of Use.

2. MODIFICATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT

By using the website and its Services you agree and do not object to the Terms of Use being subject to change. In case you object to any clause or condition as set in the current Terms of Use, including modifications thereof, you must discontinue using the website and the Services provided thereby. If, in relation to your decision, you opt to remove all your listings from the website and discontinue receiving the Services as described in the current Terms of Use, feel free to email your request at support@allcars.com with a note regarding your decision and your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Allcars.com is responsible for enforcing the following Terms of Use via moderating listings, designing and implementing special functions into the website, using active investigation, litigation and prosecution.

3. CONTENT

Allcars.com is a place designated to draw together vehicle sellers and buyers by means of posting information about any motorized vehicles on sale. All listings and information contained therein, including text, photos, maps, coordinates, any special functions (if applicable) or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content") are being submitted by individual users (persons) or businesses (legal entities) at their own discretion and their own risk. The person or entity submitting such Content is solely responsible for its quality and accuracy. Allcars.com will be making reasonable efforts to ensure quality and accuracy of the Content; however the ultimate responsibility to check and verify the information listed at the website lies with the Customer. In case there is reasonable doubt that a listing is fake, the user must report it to the administration by clicking on the respective link, located next to the listing. Allcars.com realizes that any fake, inaccurate, false, incomplete or otherwise misguiding listing is damaging not only to the seller, but to the business’ good name and reputation, and will therefore to the best of its ability undertake all necessary steps ensure quality and accuracy of the Content. Allcars.com may contain links to other websites and services, which are functioning independently of Allcars.com. Your linking to external websites is done at your own risk.

4. PAYMENT

The Services provided by the website, all provided free of charge. Any additional costs, associated with obtaining a vehicle history, undergoing certification, running a VIN check will be done at the user’s sole discretion.

5. VEHICLE PRICES

Prices listed at allcars.com do not include taxes, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle. The buyer is obliged to verify this information with the seller in personal communication, whether in writing or via the phone.

6. CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you are the copyright owner or have been authorized by the copyright holder, please feel free to share your concerns with us to that your copyright can be restored. To send a notification, send an email at support@allcars.com with the "Copyright issues" in its subject. In the email you should:

1. Identify the item with you think is in violation of the copyright;
2. Include a statement that neither you nor the authorized person has given his/or her consent to use the copyright;
3. Make a statement by you declaring under the penalty of perjury that a) the above information in your statement is accurate and b) you are the owner of the copyright or you have been authorized to represent the copyright holder;
4. Include your contact information including your physical or electronic address;
5. Add your electronic signature.

Allcars.com reserves the right to be collecting and storing information including, but not limited to: IP addresses, email addresses, names and locations for the purposes of improving the website, making it more convenient and user-friendly. Additionally, allcars.com reserves the right to collect any additional information to combat fraudulent transactions. It is guaranteed that information collected thus will not be disclosed to any third party for any other purposes (excluding a legally substantiated request from law enforcement agencies as required by law).
